IO3 - ”Digital kit”
Overview of Intellectual Output 3
The Digital Kit is a tool for planning, Developing & Implementing, Arts & Creativity Programs using digital tools with youth for promoting active citizenship and social inclusion through arts.
This kit also includes a concept of MULTIARTS: a template for an interactive cultural event and freely available tools related to digital art - for instance Free Software and Open Content, such as collaborative development and licenses.
Stages of developing IO3:
- Elaboration of Work Plan for IO3 which contains: sub-activities, partners ́ responsibilities and timeline;
- Establish the logical structure, the component elements (sections, chapters, types of practical applications tools/resources);
- Sharing of the content items to be developed among partners;
- Research, documentation, analysis of sources of information, developing the kit;
- Brainstorming and internal consultation;
- Development of kit versions;
- Feedback + peer review;
- Preparation of the final kit version and publication.
Content of the Digital Kit:
- Digital Tools & Resources for Designing & Planning, Arts & Creativity Programs (at least ten such tools). Each digital tool has a dedicated description sheet, which includes: what it is, how it can be used, how it can be linked to other resources, so that the youth worker can use it in program design and planning;
- Digital Tools & Resources for implementing Arts & Creativity Programs (at least ten such tools). Each digital tool has a dedicated description sheet, which includes: what it is, how it can be used, how it can be linked to other resources, so that the youth worker can use it in program implementation;
- Digital Tools & Resources for Monitoring & Evaluating Arts & Creativity Programs (at least ten such tools). Each digital tool has a dedicated description sheet, which includes: what it is, how it can be used, how it can be linked to other resources, so that the youth worker can use it in M&E program;
- ”Two in one” artistic event concept – practical guidelines for organizing MULTIARTS – an interactive cultural event with youth combining at least 2 type of arts (for instance poetry and music or music and painting / photographic art etc.). Screen reader support enabled.
